Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We arrange a 1 to 1 exchange. Refund will only be provided if we are unable to offer a replacement.

Kindly keep the mailer or box containing the Air Waybill, as it is essential for the investigation process. Cases that do not comply with these guidelines will not qualify for review
